Steel Ballistic Resistant Windows

Windell Ltd Design, Manufacture, Supply and Install Steel Ballistic Resistant Windows. The windows are designed to provide light and ventilation, while protecting the occupants against Ballistic Attack, the windows also provide a level of Blast Resistance.

Construction of Window System

Each window is manufactured from steel hollow sections and rolled plates to form the window sections. By combining the outer frame, sash and bead with sufficient overlaps uniform performance can be achieved. The window is designed to have a glazing rebate deep enough to prevent pull out of the glass under blast loading. All windows receive a factory applied five stage paint system before delivery to site.
